Prior to consuming any products from Pro Fuel Meals it is important to note that we make a variety of dishes in our kitchen. We cannot guarantee any products sold on our website are completely free from any allergen such as eggs, fish, milk, peanuts, sesame, crustaceans, soy, nuts, tree nuts, gluten, lupin and sulphites.

If you have a serious allergy it is advisable you do not purchase meals fromPro Fuel Meals as we cannot guarantee the complete absence of these ingredients from our products.

Although we purchase all our chicken, meat and fish boneless, our supplier cannot guarantee the 100% removal of all bones. So, we do advise caution when consuming the meals as they MAY contain bones.

Our meals are made fresh daily in our own kitchen. We always aim for precision, but please allow for a 5g to 10g discrepancy in the actual weight of the meals, and reasonable variance in ingredient and nutrient quantities.

You have a wide variety of meals to choose from so please order your meal plan carefully. After placing your order please review your meal plan and contact us immediately if a mistake has been made. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind, but we may be able to correct any errors in the order process prior to shipment.

Marketing

Pro Fuel Meals will follow the guidelines of the spam act 2003. This is enforced by the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA). The Act covers all forms of commercial electronic mail, including email, MMS, IM and, most importantly for us, SMS.

Pro Fuel Meals electronic messages has the following in accordance with the act:

Consent from recipients – 

Express consent is when the recipient specifically signs up to receive SMS messages.

Identification 

Messages contain clear and accurate information about the person or organisation that authorised the sending of the message. 

Unsubscribe option 

All marketing or promotional messages contain a functional ‘unsubscribe’ feature, that allows the recipient to opt out from receiving messages in the future.
